What are these loot bags you all keep talking about?! I've never gotten one. On any of my characters. I've used the new dungeon finder a ton on my pally and a bit on my shaman. Hell, I've even tried tanking on my teeny tiny warrior. I keep reading about these loot bags and I've never even seen such a thing. Why do people get them? Is it completely random or something? I'm sad now cuz I want extra shinies! :(

I'm coming back to WoW after a bit of a hiatus, so I've been toying with the idea of levelling up my long-neglected warlock who was actually the first toon I made on WoW all those years ago. I've done a bit of research on the forums (*shudder*) about what the specs are like now.

I must admit I'm intrigued by Demo. I can't quite put my finger on why. Maybe it's the same thing I see in Boomkins: they've been so useless in endgame for so long and it's fun to see how they've grown into viability. Maybe it's just that I like being a (semi-)passive raid buff. Plus there's that whole occasionally-turning-into-a-demonic-engine-of-death awesomeness.

So I guess now I'm looking for some experiences of Demo locks. How is it for levelling (my lock is currently 71)? Is it as fun in raids as it looks on paper? Are there any particular stupids I need to look out for both in myself and others? Any and all experiences, tips, and such are greatly appreciated. :)

(EDIT: Just to be clear, by "Demo", I mean Demonology.)

As far as I know no one on our server has completed 25man Plagueworks, but we were second to kill Putricide in 10man! 3/10 attempts left lol. @_@

I really like the ICC fights so far. SOOO refreshing compared to the ToC fights. As much fun as Putricide is, Gunship still holds a special place in my heart lol.

Dear DtK pug,

I understand you guys can solo the trash here. Hey that's great, means we could clear faster. However, we are at the entrance, there's a DC'd person in group who hasn't even stepped into the instance and I (the tank) am a courteous person and wanted to wait a few minutes to see if they'd come in. Meanwhile you, the zomguber laz0rchicken of d00m were already around the corner nuking the trash.

Clearly you guys didn't need a tank. Hope you had fun looking for a replacement, I don't mind eating the 15 minute debuff when the option is to spend the next 15-30 minutes cooped up in an instance with 4 people who obviously cannot communicate nor cooperate.

Dear guild,

Thanks for letting me come along to the CC25 raid, even though it required for one of our usual tanks to go dps. Thanks for letting me tank the bosses even though I was flying blind with about 20 seconds of adjustment time for each boss, since I had no idea of the strats. Doing so well was a huge confidence boost, and even though I'll stick to being a backup instead of active raider, I promise I'll put the new gear to good use.
